2.Be specific – If you have a question, please be specific as possible and provide lots of information – the more you tell us about your problem, the quicker we can help you and the more likely you are to get help!

3. Help out! – The best way to get great help is to provide help yourself You can follow the RSS feed of these forums here or check out some unanswered posts and be all useful… we promise you’ll get love in return (and probably free Pro Account too)!

4. Be polite, courteous and say please and thanks a lot – Honestly it helps tons!
